DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, for all return request please contact your Sales Representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If the merchandise in question was marked as final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund. These products will clearly state that this is the case in their description.
ACCEPTED TIMEFRAME OF RETURNS
We accept returned orders within 10 days from the date of delivery, should the merchandise be damaged or not matching your original order.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET REFUNDED?
Please allow us 10 business days to process your request upon receiving your parcel. The refund will appear as a credit on your account.
IS SHIPPING REFUNDABLE?
In the event that original shipping was paid, it is non-refundable.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
We do not repair glasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor do we accept frames that are not from Micolii.
Micolii will cover the shipping for cost for orders of 6 frames or more.
Micolii is not responsible for additional custom fees.
